1Can someone else collect my belongings?
Yes, provided that person has the original receipt we gave you when you deposited them.
2What are your opening hours?
At Alicante Airport, luggage can be deposited from 08:45 to 14:30 for security reasons. You can collect your belongings from 05:00 to 21:00.

4How do I know my belongings are safe?
Experienced staff oversee our facilities. Every item placed in storage is examined.
5What happens if I lose my receipt?
We take security seriously. You will need to identify yourself and describe your belongings in detail, including the contents of a box or suitcase if necessary. You must sign a declaration and pay a €10 lost-receipt charge.
6What happens if my suitcase is damaged while in storage?
We handle every item with care. If damage nevertheless occurs, our liability is limited to €200 per transaction. Staff will note any existing damage on your receipt. We may refuse items we consider unsuitable, dangerous or excessively heavy.
7Do I need to lock my suitcase?
Our facility is staffed and monitored by security cameras around the clock, so a lock is not required. You may still choose to use one as an extra precaution.
8Do I need to book in advance?
No. Our storage facilities are large, so space is normally available.
