Yes. To arrange delivery, you need the reference number provided by the Lost Property Office.

Fill in the quote form on this website. Our team will calculate the cost and email you a quote and payment link.
4What happens if I do not pay?
Your item will remain at the Lost Property Office and will not be shipped.
5When will my item be dispatched?
Once payment has been received, the item will leave the airport in approximately 24 to 72 hours.
6Can I collect my item at the airport luggage storage facility?
Yes. Collection is free within 72 hours. After that, storage charges apply at the published rates.
7What are the collection hours?
Collection is available from 05:00 to 21:00.
